Change of Transportation

TRANSPORTATION CHANGES:

To ensure the safety of our students, transportation changes must be made in writing or via email.  For a transportation change, please send a note to your child’s teacher or email westransportation@horrycountyschools.net. No student may be released on the basis of a telephone call which has not been validated. 

Transportation change emails should be sent to: westransportation@horrycountyschool.net by 1:30 PM on the day of the change. 

Phone calls or messages from friends or family members cannot be honored. Anyone signing a student out early must be listed in the emergency information in PowerSchool and present a photo ID.

Emergency situations will be handled by an administrator.
